Orders are to be
pre-paid via PayPal or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or
American Express). You do not require a PayPal Account in order
to pay with PayPal. You may make a
purchase by entering your credit card information at the secure
PayPal gateway upon checkout.

Animal orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air.

We offer Live Arrival
Guarantee and Good Condition Only, with the following exceptions.

We do not guarantee
orders that are not signed for or received on the first delivery attempt.

We do not guarantee
orders with delivery times after 12:00 noon.

We must be notified
within three (3) hours of arrival of any issues. A message must be left on our answering machine
within this time period if we are not available directly.

TO GO .COM reserves the right to request photographs and/or have the
animal(s) in question returned.

Customer is
responsible for all shipping charges regarding credits and
replacements.

We do not credit or
refund shipping costs.

Amphibians are not
guaranteed.

Animals shipped
through areas that are below 40 or above 90 degrees are not
guaranteed. Even with overnight delivery we have no control over
exposure time on loading docks, trucks, or runways.

We cannot be held responsible for losses due to carrier mishandling.

No refunds will be
given,
credit may be used for store credit only.

Customers are responsible for all state and local
laws concerning animals they order.

The animal photographs on our web-site are for reference only.
The animal(s) you order will not be the exact animal in the
photograph. You will receive a representative of this species.

We are not responsible for buyer's remorse and/or animal
temperament. Do your homework and make an educated decision
prior to making a purchase with an understanding that these are
not domesticated animals.
