TERMS

  • Orders are to be pre-paid via PayPal or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).

  • Orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air.

  • We offer Live Arrival Guarantee Only, with the following exceptions.

  • We do not guarantee orders that are not signed for or received on the first delivery attempt.

  • We do not guarantee orders with delivery times after 12:00 noon.

  • We must be notified within three (3) hours of arrival of any issues concerning orders. A message must be left on our answering machine within this time period if we are not available directly.

  • Reptiles To Go .com reserves the right to request photographs and/or have the animal(s) in question returned.

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges regarding credits and replacements.

  • We do not credit or refund shipping costs.

  • Amphibians are not guaranteed.

  • Animals shipped through areas that are below 40 or above 90 degrees are not guaranteed.

  • We cannot be held responsible for losses due to carrier mishandling.

  • No refunds, store credit only.

  • A packing/box charge applies to all orders ($ 7.50 per box). Most orders fit in one (1) box.

  • Customers are responsible for all state and local laws concerning animals they order.

  • Failure to read these terms does not void them in any way, shape, or form.

Please notify us of weather conditions in your area so that we may pack your shipment(s) accordingly.
